I am real talking and honest and have a no nonsense approach. But I also have a wicked sense of humour and make light of most situations and find the funny side. I will push you and make you dig deep; to reveal your true self.
I know that as a mama, we can worry about the impact our mental health and our moods, can have on our families. I am here to show you that you can be the one in control of your mental health!
I am a mental health practitioner. I combine many of my qualifications to offer you a holistic approach to your mental health.
My main expertise is in mood control. As someone who has borderline (emotionally unstable) personality disorder. I have mastered the art of not letting my ever changing moods be in control of me. I am passionate about sharing my tools and strategies with mamas who want to gain more control of their moods and emotions.

How I support you
How I support you is unique and holistic. Mainly because I haven’t just read the books and passed the exams, I actually have mental illnesses myself, so I literally practise what I preach and it works not just from me but with my clients too.
I provide FREE support in my facebook group and it is an amazing community of like minded mamas.
But my main hub and where I work more closely and directly with my mamas is in the Stronger Than Your Mind Academy. From monthly group video calls to 1:1 support and workshops. The academy is currently closed for new members. But for now you can pop your name in the waiting list using the form above.
I have a few introductory online workshops that are the beginning stages to becoming stronger than your mind. Such as ways to unwind and ways to start seeing things from a different perspective.
I am passionate about helping mamas discover how important exercise is and can be for our mental health. It is my daily therapy and coping mechanism I would be lost without it and now so many of my clients agree and rely on it too. Maternal Mental Health
As a mum of 4 myself, I had post natal mental health problems with all 4 of my children. I am dedicated about helping mums know that having mental health problems does not make you a bad mum. And i’m equally passionate about providing support and helpful strategies to mums feeling overwhelmed by their mental health.

She really is the expert as she has experienced and overcome her own challenges in life.
I have suffered mental health for years and I thought I was a lost cause. Nothing I tried worked and I had pretty much given up. Nicola’s academy and her help has been amazing.
