Hi there, I’m
I am a mental health practitioner. I combine many of my qualifications to offer you a holistic approach to your mental health.
From my level 3 in counselling to my level 3 personal training I literally help you inside and out.
My main expertise is in mood control. As someone who has borderline (emotionally unstable) personality disorder. I have mastered the art of not letting my ever changing moods be in control of me. I am passionate about sharing my tools and strategies with women who want to gain more control of their moods and emotions.
It sounds crazy, but I am finally seeing glimmers of the real me. I have done things I would never have had the confidence to do before. I am also starting to sleep better. Thanks to Nicola and the tools she gives me, I am ready to fight this and I am now becoming stronger than my mind.
Maternal Mental Health
As a mum of 4 myself, I had post natal depression with 3 of my children. I am passionate about helping mums to know that having mental health problems does not make you a bad mum. And i’m equally passionate about providing support and helpful strategies to mums feeling overwhelmed by their mental health.
Workbooks and Workouts for Mental Health
I use three methods to help you take back the power of your moods and emotions.
Method 1 is via online workshops – a full course designed to create a change. Such as my beginners workshop “How To Become Stronger Than Your Mind.” Setting the foundations and gaining a better, more complex understanding of your mental health and how it specifically effects you. These run periodically, sign up to my newsletter to be notified when they are released. Method 2 is via online workbooks and workouts – short snappy workbooks and workouts designed to focus on one symptom or skill. Such as the gratitude workbook and the crochet workshop; both of which help you in taking back control of your emotions and overall mood. Along with workouts such as the, six week home bootcamp plan, designed to work every area of your body and make sure your happy hormones are releasing daily. Method 3 is via The Stronger Than Your Mind Academy. Where I work closely with my clients to help them take full control of their mental health. I provide workshops and workouts on all the major topics such as; overthinking, confidence & fears and self esteem. I provide exclusive content for academy members only. I dive deep into helping you create life lasting changes. I also draft in guest experts such as Natasha Leigh Bray who is a success transformation coach. I’m always going back through my worksheets to remind myself of how I felt when I worked through the workshops and it really helps. Nicola is so knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. She really is the expert as she has experienced and overcome her own challenges in life.
I have suffered mental health for years and I thought I was a lost cause. Nothing I tried worked and I had pretty much given up. Nicola’s academy and her help has been amazing. For once I actually have hope I can move forward and it’s the first thing that has actually made a positive difference for me. I made the best choice when I joined Nicola’s academy. This is my hub, this is where I spend most a lot of my time (when I am not in my Academy group).
It is a closed group. So, all posts are private, no one else on Facebook can see them (except the other members of course). And the group is strictly for those suffering from mental health only.
As Ellie said above, “…If you think all support groups are the same, think again”. I promise you my group is not like any other mental health support group on facebook.
