Read all about it

I am brutually honest in life and in my blogs. I say things as they are, I don’t beat around the bush. Life is too short for skirting around the edges. So, here is where you will find my blogs on mental health, such as living with suicidal thoughts, the dirty truth about depression and also how exercise can be your best weapon against your mental health. So, grab a brew, a stiff upper lip, and dig in.

Support Group

When we struggle with our mental health we can feel so alone, like it is only happening to us. Like no one understands.

I have created a Facebook group so that we can see that we are not alone. So, that we can have that safe space to be amongst like-minded mamas who won’t judge us.

We do things together like Talking Tuesday, a safe place to let out what is going on for you right now. As well as top tip Friday to help give you ways to start working on your mental health.
If you want to join us in this safe, none judgemental space to be amongst other mamas like you then click button below to join my Facebook Group.
