It is a full body workout so no inch of your body is left untouched. You can easily make the workout more advanced also simply by the addition of weights. You can add dumbbells ( to any part of the workout that you can physically hold them) or you can add weighted ankle/wrist weights. You need to make sure you change your workout every 4-6 weeks so this is a easy and quick way to up to the tempo and keep you body working to its max.
